Redline Certified Partners
Redline’s technical support team is available to assist its Gold and Silver Partners, together as well as its Value-Added Distributors and the Premier Partners with network configuration, implementation planning and problem resolution. Technical assistance by phone, email or RedCare Ticketing System is available to our Partners and offers the quality of technical support in accordance with generally recognized business practices and standards.

Redline Network Operators and End Users:
Redline’s professional support services are delivered through its global network of  Redline Certified Partners which have access to a growing list of valuable tools, including a comprehensive list of  Frequently Asked Questions and Downloads to help you diagnose, resolve or upgrade your Redline products.

Should you require additional technical support, please contact your Redline Certified Partner (or point of purchase).  

Customers can also send an email to support@redlinecommunications.com where a Redline support engineer will work with the Certified Partner to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution of any field issues.

Support will only be provided if the equipment is within the warranty period or a Service Plan contract is valid for the equipment. Please be prepared to have the following information available when contacting your Redline Certified Partner:

  1. Company name
  2. Contact name
  3. Physical equipment location
  4. Contact telephone number
  5. Email address
  6. Model and serial number for the Redline equipment to be supported.
  7. A short synopsis of the issue being encountered or information/action being requested.

If the equipment is not in warranty, please contact your Certified Partner (or point of purchase) for further support and maintenance options that are available for the equipment.
