Software/Firmware Updates
A software/firmware update refers to a release which includes enhancements, modifications, patches, fixes, alterations, improvements, and corrections to the software/firmware. It does not include software/firmware upgrades, which incorporate new features. A software update in Redline’s revision level numbering convention is denoted by the third character of its numbering system. For example in the revision level “x.y.z”, the software/firmware update number is “z”.
5 x 8 TAC – 4 hour response
The RedProtect Maintenance Plan offers the Certified Partner access to the TAC eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week, and two hundred and fifty-eight (258) days per year. It is expected that the Certified Partner’s personnel placing the call will have been certified on the Redline. Redline will provide a less than 4 working hour response time.
