Redline on-site engineering services are provided in response to customer/partner requests for certified and experienced Redline engineers. The objective of the on-site support must be well defined and agreed between Redline and customer/partner prior to dispatch. The customer/partner should provide all the relevant information needed in preparation for the visit, access to the site, security arrangements and an escort for the Redline engineer during the visit. An on-site service engineer can provide the following services:
Installation audit and report
Provide on-site installation guidance
On-site troubleshooting and operational diagnosis
Network and configuration analysis
Assistance in testing product features and functionality
Provide subject matter expertise, (informal technical and product training)
