Under the RMS Protection Plan, Redline will provide updates to the software to address any bugs or deficiencies with the product. The updated software will be downloadable from the support site described previously. As well, this plan provides unlimited 7x24 access to TAC to address any issues or inquiries. As with other RedProtect plans, level 1 service is assumed to be provided by the Certified Partner to its customers. In this regard, it is expected that the Certified Partner’s personnel placing the call will have been certified on the RMS and hold a valid certification from the Redline Training department.
