The standard Redline warranty package provides coverage for a period of 12 months following initial purchase and shipment, and includes the following:
Hardware Repair or Replacement: Redline will repair or replace the defective product in accordance with Redline’s warranty policy found in the partner agreement. Redline’s warranty applies to repaired or replaced products for the balance of the applicable period of the original standard warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced product, whichever is longer.
Firmware updates: Redline will make available new firmware update releases accessible from the website. It is recommended that the customer’s deployed firmware is current to within two release versions of the GA (Generally Available) firmware to avoid any compatibility issues in the future. The Certified Partner will be notified of these updates by email as they become available.
