Redline offers a comprehensive training suite covering its award-winning broadband wireless access and backhaul solutions including its RedMAX (Redline’s WiMAX platform) and RedCONNEX™ line of products (AN-30e, AN-50e, AN-80i, AN-100).
Redline Training Programs include certification, product familiarization and product overview courses. Classes are offered on a regular basis at Redline’s headquarters in Markham, Ontario. Please see the schedule for upcoming classes. Please note that not all courses offered are on Redline’s regular schedule. Courses may be scheduled to take place at a customer site, or non-scheduled courses may be offered if the demand justifies it. Redline offers two streams of training leading to certification:
Product Support Programs covering Redline’s RedMAX and RedCONNEX product families for engineers, technicians, SME’s and wireless network designers
Network Design Programs covering Redline’s RedMAX and RedCONNEX product families for sales and product management teams. This program is planned to be available in 2007. Details will be published on this site as they become available.
Each of the certification programs requires specific pre-requisites as explained in the respective program and course descriptions.
Product Support Certification Programs:
The product support certification stream focuses on enabling Redline customers and partners to make the optimum use of their Redline equipment in the context of deployment, application, triple play support with appropriate QoS, capacity planning, RF planning and the ability to offer training on Redline’s behalf at the certification level.

Limitations and cancellation policy Redline requires all courses to be prepaid before students attend the classes. Confirmed registrants who cancel at least two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the class will receive a full refund. Students who cancel within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of a course will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received within five (5) working days of the start date for the class or no-shows will be liable for the full course fee. Attendee substitutions are permitted. A cancellation confirmation number must be obtained from the training department. Redline reserves the right to cancel a class and is not responsible for airline or hotel penalties incurred because of cancelled courses. When possible, Redline will provide at least seven (7) days notice of class cancellation.
